Refund Policy

At CODOVA STUDIOS, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and maintain clear communication throughout every project. By purchasing our services, the Client agrees to the following Refund Policy.
Deposits & Upfront Payments
All deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once work has begun on the project. This includes research, planning, design, development, and resource allocation.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- CODOVA STUDIOS is unable to deliver the agreed service
- The project has not been started
- A duplicate payment was made accidentally
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Refundable Services
- Completed website design or development work
- Custom coding or branding services
- Purchased domains, hosting, plugins, software, or third-party services
Project Cancellation
If the Client cancels a project after work has started, CODOVA STUDIOS reserves the right to retain payments proportional to the work completed.
Delays Caused by Client
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by missing content, lack of communication, or failure to provide required approvals or materials.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact CODOVA STUDIOS first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks for completed or ongoing work may result in service suspension and legal action if necessary.
Service Satisfaction
We are committed to working with clients to resolve concerns and provide reasonable revisions where applicable before discussing refund options.
Policy Changes
CODOVA STUDIOS reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
