Terms of Service

CODOVA STUDIOS provides website development, design, maintenance, branding, and related digital services based on agreed project requirements.

A deposit may be required before work begins. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed invoice or payment schedule. Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery, suspension, or termination of services.

The Client agrees to provide all required content, images, credentials, approvals, and feedback necessary for project completion in a timely manner.

Reasonable revisions are included unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Additional revisions or major project changes may result in extra charges.

Project timelines depend on the scope of work and timely communication from the Client. CODOVA STUDIOS is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late responses from the Client.

Final ownership of completed work transfers to the Client only after full payment has been received. CODOVA STUDIOS retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Projects may include third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or software. CODOVA STUDIOS is not responsible for issues, pricing changes, outages, or policies related to third-party services.

CODOVA STUDIOS shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate services at any time through written notice. The Client remains responsible for payment of all completed work and expenses incurred prior to termination.

Refund eligibility is governed by the CODOVA STUDIOS Refund Policy.

CODOVA STUDIOS reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
